Job Description: Research Assistant

BANNUS is seeking motivated and skilled Research Assistants to join our team in Hanamkonda office located near Tulasi Bar and Restaurant (100 feet road, 1km from KU 'X' Road or 'Waddepally Church).
This position is ideal for female candidates who have a graduate degree from any stream and possess a working knowledge of MS office and English speaking and writing skills. Currently, we have 4 vacancies available.

Working Hours:

"Unconventional Hours for Global Service"

• Morning Shift: 6:00 AM to 1:00 PM

• Evening Shift: 1:00 PM to 8:00 PM

• Night Shift: 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM

Note: Please note that the working hours at BANNUS may seem unusual compared to traditional office hours in other firms. This is because BANNUS serves clients from all over the world and our schedules are designed to accommodate their needs. By offering morning, evening, and night shifts, we ensure that we are available to serve our clients at all times, regardless of time zone differences.

Salary Package:

"Compensation for Exceptional Performance"

During the induction program:

Regular Shift: INR 8,000 per month

Night Shift: INR 12,000 per month

After successful completion of the induction and training:

Regular Shift: INR 10,000 to 15,000 per month

Night Shift: INR 12,000 to 18,000 per month

Please note that the salary package is inclusive of all statutory benefits. The salary will be reviewed and revised periodically based on performance and market standards.
